Check-up

Lina is very into pretending, these are binoculars, or as she sometimes calls them "antreasors"?? Don't ask, I don't know.

Reading to Sissy

Cassidy's 6 mo. check-up was yesterday, she is on track! She has slowed down growing finally, she is now 26 3/4" long, that is the 80th percentile, 16.7 lbs, 63rd per. and her head is now somewhere in the 60 per. I think Dr. Henley thought I was feeding her too much, but since she is not growing to fast, he said it was fine. She is now eating oatmeal and some sweet peas. She's getting really good at eating the solids.
I shot these pictures of the girls yesterday. We were just playing in Cassidy's room and the lighting was nice, so I got my camera out to play. I especially love the one of Cassidy with her tongue out. We are so blessed to have two sweethearts. Carolina has been very into making Cassidy laugh, she'll do whatever she can to get her attention. Then she'll just love on her. This morning she came and kissed her and backed up with her arms spread out wide and said, "I love her soooo much". So sweet. Oh, that reminds me of something she said the other day. We were on the way to town and Lance asked Lina if she wanted to keep Cassidy. She said "yes, and keep Mommy and keep Daddy. I love them!". We just melted.

We went to Wal-mart today, again! and the Library. Lina is now signed up for the summer reading program. She loves to go and pick the first 4 books she can grab. Well, I'll blog more later. The girls are both asleep right now, so I'm off to get something constructive done.
