Wilderness Safari

So, over the weekend we took a spontaneous trip over to Gentry AR. We visited the Wilderness Safari. (as seen on 18 Kids and Counting). It was only about 1 1/2 hours away and worth the trip. We got upclose with lots of animals. We then headed over to Bentonville and saw the first Walmart, Walton's 5-10, it was in a beautiful little downtown square. It is a museum now, then visited the Supercenters there and in Rogers AR (store #1), they are huge! Lots of things we don't have at ours and I got the big box of Pampers for 17.88 (plus a coupon). Here that box would have been about 23.00. Anyway, we decided to spend the night so Lina could swim in a pool and we could just have a mini vacation feel. It was a nice trip until we tried to all sleep in a hotel room together. Not a lot of sleep happened, but it was fun anyway.

Lina got to ride the pony
and feed the goats
Cassidy was not impressed with the animals, she cried everytime she looked at one too close.

Hello Mr. Zebra. They are so unique, God was feeling very creative with the making of this animal.

  1. What an excellent adventure! I know Carolina had a great time - Cassidy seems to like the water.
