I just had to share my rejoicing this morning. Praise God, Cassidy slept through the night without even having to be rocked! It's been a few months since she did that. I woke several times wondering if she was ok, but she slept!!! Lina woke about 3:30 with a stuffy nose, so we sprayed her nose with saline and she layed right back down, gave me a hug and kiss and said, "sleep tight Mom". Ahh. So, I went back to bed, just knowing I was about to have to get up with Cass, but she slept until 7:20 or so and she woke up, not crying, but just sitting there playing with her paci. When I got her out, she just laid her head on my shoulder like she was hugging me, ahh! again. It helped dull the fact that I woke with a miagrane. By the way, Thank you God for Treximet, it works fast!
Then we got up, I actually cooked some breakfast for Lina and we headed to school. She didn't complain at all. We got there and said a prayer together, then headed in. She gave me no problems, just sat right down to play. I actually had to ASK for a goodbye kiss. She gave me my kiss, eskimo kiss and hug. I told her bye and have fun, then she looked at me and said "you have fun too Mommy!". Ahh! It may all fall apart this afternoon, but these moments make motherhood worth it. God is good! all the time!

don't you just love those good days?? i am so glad you had one! it makes being a mom worth it, doesn't it?? sadie has been having some good days and makes me think having two might not be so hard...but then i know your stories and reality..it will be hard but worth it :)
