What a fun day at home in the snow! The freezing rain started yesterday afternoon and there is a good layer of ice on the ground. Then the snow started last night off and on I guess. It has been snowing now for a few hours today. We've probably got about 2 inces so far on top of our ice. It's really pretty. So, today I happened to have a cake mix and Lina has been asking to make some Purplicious cupcakes. So we did. Yummy. For those who havn't read Pinkalicious, you should, we made pink cupcakes with that book after Lina fell in love with it. They now have the book Purplicious and Goldilicious (havn't read it yet). It's not about cupcakes, but we needed an excuse to make them purple.
